I love this little faggot

I just started playing this game and I can see why you want an HD remaster OP. It's a half-decent RPG but it drags out playtime with slow fucking battles, excruciatingly long special attacks, high encounter rates, lots of very slowly climbed ladders and goodies you have to slowly position yourself in the right spot to obtain. I can't help but feel these slow gameplay mechanics were purposeful just to add more hours to gameplay. It might even be playable without nostalgia goggles if a remaster sped that shit up.

The Gamecube rerelease would be considered the superlative release, especially with the reduced encounter rate and additional content, if it weren't for the vastly inferior sound quality. Like it or not, the music really helps sell the game, so when the sound takes a shit, it's pretty bad.

My favourite meme! The encounter rate only seems high when you're sailing blind and you are lost. When you know exactly where your destination is the encounter rate is quite reasonable. In dungeons the rate is quite low, even! Yet everyone complains about the rate being so high due to a few bad memories of being lost.
