Should I download this on PS4? I've heard it's kind of a downgrade there.

Top tier GTA along with the other PS2 titles. Wish they'd kept up with the quality of those three games, but IV and V are still amazing.

I just downloaded it on PS4 three days ago, it runs smoothly. i can't really compare it to the ps2 version since I haven't played that since I was like 8 years old, but it's on sale now (at least in AU) so I'd say go for it if you're interested.
