I installed soldat on all the computers in my high school one year. The friends I could round up to play with me all sucked at it. Though I did connect a few old decommissioned desktops using a switch and used it as my end of the year project for that class.

Real version, or old version if you will is better because the Barret shoots when you shoot.
New versions have this hold down and take a nap and when you wake up it's about time for the gun to shoot ready for breakfast.

It didn't have it during the good days.
Though prone was added around the time they added the delay that ruined the Barret.
It had a high delay between shots, but the shot was as it should be; instant.
