When I play with my PS4 on my TV there are no black borders only when I transfer screenshots to the USB key I get to see them and it doesn't happen to every games.

Keep playing to have fun or brute force it by playing an 8 star extreme song that has some fairly complicated patterns. Once you beat it you'll find that many of the extreme share songs 8 star and below share the same patterns and since you will have some muscle memory at that point you'll have a much, much easier time. Just be warned, it could take like 10 hours to beat a single song.
