Honestly, I agree. They get praised so much, but all they've done is made rabbid nostalgic fans that accept mediocre games as legendary ludo.

They're good. But they didn't innovate or even improve anything.

If they didn't exist, actual innovation would happen. They got comfy and allowed Sony and Microsoft to get comfy with the same idea.

They created a monopoly, and shared the space with even greedier companies. Had the not existed, gaming would have never became a normie thing, we'd have a million companies selling new inventions, and only the innovative consumers would pride themselves on being technical gamers. The 70's was a race for innovation, and that could've prospered magnificently.

Fuck Nintendo for letting what could've been a respected computer artform that flourished into competitive high minded intelectualism into normifying free time virgin life-wasting trash in the millions to the normies, allowing other capatalist pig companies bathe in the monopoly they created, and leading to no innovation future-wise. We let them destroy what could've been human art ascension.

They started out innovating and being the one big company that I felt I could get behind butt in the last five years and the release of artifact they've proved themselves to be nothing but shills allowing shit to stick if it makes them money.
