Depends if you're talking Stage 3 or 4

For 3 definitely go for an all INT team if you can or at least a INT/TEQ team with Bulma. Android 16 and Possessed GT Trunks are your best friends for tanking and ki boosting respectively. Chilled is a mini nuker which should make the event easier.

For stage 4 I'd recommend an STR team or a mono TEQ team if you have Bulma as a leader.

Here's my team as an example but you don't necessarily need to make the exact team as I have.

Because I thought that the % was the amount it filled a gauge somewhere to accumulate into a level like experience did.

What unit do you regret using kais on the most?

So after the maintenance the 2 gifts I had of bubbles medals I could never get for being overstocked vanished, and I am 100% for sure the older one was only about 30-40 days.

Not a big deal but still not cool. Always try to take whatever gifts you can, especially character cards.

Is this week banner good to pull?

I have 100 stones and really want ss4 goku, when is goku going away forever? I would prefer vegeta ss4 over goku though

Bottom right gives the best and most buffs, but they need to be sa10. Shenron and Rose are cards that should be sa10 anyway so I would do bottom right even if you don't have enough kais yet.

Got a SSJ4 Goku, STR Gogeta and SSJ3 Vegeta from these banners, so I'm halfway to a good Strength deck. Which other strength characters should I be on the lookout for to get the best possible results out f it? Anything I should be rolling for in the current banners or are there some in the upcoming one that I should be saving for?

Gt ss3 goku is the one you want the most right now. There's a lot of good super str options though. Gt trunks, ss2 gohan, super gotenks, pikkon, ssb goku are good ones
