Graphics and power aren't everything. Controls are every bit as important, and phone games control horribly.

Also, hardly anyone uses existing streaming services as it is, and it likely isn't going to catch on at all, since it requires some preparation, and people want to do as little as possible - hence why Nintendo done well with the Switch's dock being simple.

Better tech isn't going to do shit because the actual experience still sucks dick and it will continue to do so unless there's a major shift away from the "whale hunting" strategy of the mobile market because people have proven themselves 100% unwilling to pay even meager amounts for games on a platform where the majority of titles are free or like $5 max, and mobile games will continue to only be profitable through gatchashit and will not seeve te same purpose as more dedicated handheld systems.
