Both have their advantages. Personally I love the broken characters in budokai 3. SS4 Gogeta feels ridiculously powerful since he takes away two bars with his generic kamehameha. Infinite World went the balanced no fun allowed route.

But budokai 3 has dragon rush too, which is a completely retarded mechanic.

3 for single player, IF for multiplayer

IW had the better mechanics and the game speed was faster. Plus all characters were more unique, less duplicate characters and more varied movesets.

BUT IT DIDNT HAVE WORLD TOURNAMENT WHAT THE FUCK. Could have been literally perfect 10/10 if IW had Dragon Universe and World Tournament.

IW is better, but the A.I seems to be bugged. All difficulties have the A.I play like they are on Z. If you can be the A.I on Normal, you might as well play on Z for more money. Also the new special moves being uncounterable(Ultimate Masanko, Special Beam Cannon, etc.) or no mini game to fight against (Revenge / Shocking Death Ball) made them spammable
