not too keen on it. the free scrolling wheel is nice but when I 'lock' it the sound is horrendous and it feels janky, also the mouse just feels a bit too heavy for FPS games

my personal favorite design. its a shit mouse but it fits in my hand so snug. are there any higher quality mice out there with nice slim design and not all gussied up with gay GAMER appeal

should I buy a g502? Is there a better mouse in a similar price range.

Are the buttons as sensitive as the g303? The incline and ((((gaming)))) ((((respoinsiveness)))) of them lead to constant misclicks.

If you can actually make use of the better sensor and aren't playing at a retarded sensitivity, absolutely.
If you're a dumpster player probably playing at 6000dpi or a 15cm/360 sens, it won't make a difference.

my second honestly wasn't bad but the sensor isn't very good. I also had problems with it having wireless interference of some sort. it didn't work right. since I've got a g502 I have zero problems.

The most common cause of that is having your receiver too close to a USB 3.0 device or even just too close to a 3.0 port. An extender cable for the receiver like the one that comes with the G602 should fix that.
