Pretty much yeah, but seems like most people heavily disliked how it looked as well as the changes they made to the characters.

Not to mention, iirc, they also refused to use Sly's original VA for the sake of someone with a bigger name, but I'm uncertain if i remember that correctly?

Anyways the biggest problem WAS how they decided to handle the design.. it was just nothing like all the games at all. Way too different for no real good reason.
