Move SLOWLY, faggot. And search for manuals, it makes daggers more durable (like 4 uses, and free uses if a clicker attacks you, I think). Anyway, you don't have to kill everyone in order to keep going, you can literally hide, search, and get out of almost any level without killing.

Overall resources are really scarce on higher difficulties so never use a shiv to save yourself from clicker.
You're going to need all of them for X marked doors with secret stashes.
Use stuff like molotovs sparingly, but when you have to, bait more enemies using bottles or other noise to one location and burn more of them at once (underground mall area with safe and ladder you have to use to escape).
You don't have to kill every clicker you encounter. If the area allows it just let them be to save ammo/arrows.
If I remember correctly you can kill clicker with a brick from behind if you sneak on him unnoticed but you have to hit him like 3 times and it makes a lot of noise so if it's not the last infected around you're going to get swarmed. Sometimes you can use your companions as human shields and let them deal with tougher enemies. They won't die easily and you can deal damage safely on a clicker they grapple with. Just don't overdo it and spam your pipe because when the clicker let's go his previous prey he'll turn your way and oneshot you.
If you can't avoid, just shoot them in the head, One shotgun/rifle shot or 2 hand gun shots should do. GTFO immediately and stick to some cover if the area isn't clear yet.

did you even actually TRY getting the plat for a game yet, son? don't judge something you've never done. It rekindled my love for videogames. Trophy hunting is an amazing meta-playthrough of games that prolong longevity and time spent on a game. however if it's RNG based or simply grindy multiplayer only shit like in TLOU, then of course, don't bother.

FUN plats in recent games I played: Nier Automata, FF15, FF Type 0

Gameplay is divided into ladder puzzles/3rd person shooting sections/stealth sections. None of these have particular depth, nor are they challenging. I hope this you will agree with.

As for atmosphere and story, I don't particularly care for it. You might, but not me.

What do I expect?

A shitty linear "cinematic experience" that wrests control away from the player every 5 minutes for a cutscene or QTE. Gameplay will be more dumbass cover shooting that got old 10 years ago. Script will be breathless whispering about some sci-fi shit and there'll be a twist.

it'll get 13/10 GOTYAY from every publication and normies will eat it up then forget about it after a month.

I'm expecting more of the same with some quality of life changes and tweaks to the gameplay, but even though the plot itself is predictable and a bit bland, the good part will be how the story is told through the game.
