I was curious and looked through my software list. The only games I have digitally that even break 10k blocks are MonHun 3 and 4 at 14k and 20k respectively.

If you don't have one already look into getting a 128gb/256gb card and download a formatting program to force it to format as FAT32 (or whatever 3DS recognizes). As long as you don't put on single files larger than 32GB it'll work just fine.
