Its incredibly fucking shallow in every aspect, specially so in its level design. Thats a crime considering it sells itself as a metroidvania.

The game's alright, it's just really short and shallow. If you want gigantic witch tits and have an afternoon to blow on a short and cute metroidvania with a decent selection of waifus that suffer, go right ahead.

If you want something with more meat, there's other, better options.

He definetly has room for improvement, which guessing by how better the last game of the trilogy is compared to the first one is going alright.

it's pretty fun. Play the first two or three games first (since they're free) so you get an idea of how it plays. Actually, scratch that, they've changed the gameplay enough that it wouldn't matter.
2 is pretty fun. I had a hard time staying interested in/ beating 1.
