it was great. but the Dreamcast released far too soon and died quickly. No one really stops to think that it was in the same generation of the PS2 and Gamecube, most people think of it as PS1 era and don't even know the Saturn was a thing. I posted my hacked Saturn on social media and literally everyone thought it was a genesis.

Gamecube shot itself in the foot with the small discs. PS2 was the weakest of the bunch so it got the short end of the stick with multiplats. Xbox has a grand total of 3 games worth playing which is why no one cares enough to make an emulator for it. Dreamcast kids were the smart ones with patrician taste.

The only thing wrong was PS2 "winning". It's exclusives were good but that's the thing, the software was good but the hardware was crap, so it's a shame so many niche titles are stuck on it when they would be better on Xbox or GC

Sega bowed out so the 3 massive companies didn't have to do jack shit anymore. Nintendo is the only one that focuses mainly on games. It's evident because Nintendo are the only one that focuses more on gameplay than graphics/DLC/moneygrabbing (since all competitors are cashgrabbing Nintendo is now allowed to, and has begun, cashgrabbing).

I prefer Sony though, simply because of the japanese games getting cranked out for Playstation. American/Euro gaming is pretty much dead aside from the rare gem.

Literally why would anyone buy an Xbone. I would have, if they didn't blunder Master Chief Collection. What a colossal fuckup. Now there is absolutely no reason to buy the console.
