I bought it for $200 CAD which was the standard price pre-release IIRC. I also got it from Shopville Canada and their ratings were pretty good so I'm thinking it's ok, if not. I can always get a refund.

That's odd, I just did a search on ebay and most of them are above $150 CAD, though I did see one for $125. I did buy mine from amazon and it's new so that might be why there's a price difference? They also seem to be being advertised as new on ebay as well though.

The problem with Makoto is that all her problems are introduced before her slink, and for the most part they're all solved by her awakening and getting her persona. So then her slink is just kind of pointless and there.
Ann and Ryuji being dumb as shit make her more annoying too because all the exposition comes through her and Morgana (and Akechi for a bit), while they sit there with their propellor hats twirling in the wind, drooling.
