It was 180€ in EU just a few months ago. At this point in time there are so many promotions, bundles and discounts that you don't really look at PS4's MSRP.
It's very easy to buy a PS4 at $200-ish nowadays, as long as you wait for it. Just a while ago there was an Amazon bundle with 2 controllers and 3(?) games at a very low price too.
