The game has a chapter that ends with the main character to shut up because it's an action game and this cutscene is going on too long.
Literally the next chapter is a 30(ish? minute) slow forced-walk in a dreamsequence between cutscenes until you get to a boss at the end.
It was still fun, and I like the style though, but that felt like REALLY shitty game design/writing.
