It's the most polished Gears to date mechanically, however, balance still needs work. As far as multiplayer goes TC has done a really good job and Gears 5 should be the absolute pinnacle of the series. Movement in Gears 4 is so fucking smooth and not glitchy as hell like previous Gears.

I had a friend that was jesus with the longshot and it did not fucking matter how much you bounced, how close you got, or how hard you prayed...somehow he would find your skull and drill a bullet through it. Back when the longshot was a one hit down with active in gears one it was impossible to touch him. It really is. At least that I know of. This series used to be popular with the dudebro casuals until CoD came along. After it came they abandoned this game fast. In fact if it weren't for their strong single player modes and horde mode this franchise would be dead at this point. I remember with 3 not too long after it came out the multiplayer only had the die hards left. From what I've seen of 4 it looks like the same thing happened to it.

The best TPS of all time imo. The gameplay is just top notch.

Well it was often an easy kill but also often an easy death at the same time. So it would guarantee a pleb a kill but they will usually die right after. It is pretty much suicidal to do unless you know when to actually pull that shit out. I remember seeing plebs take that shit out when they were in 1v2 or more situations. Sometimes even it will be 2v3 or 2v4 and you have one of those fags essentially fuck his own partner just to go for a chainsaw kill and screw over his own teammate. Often he may not even get the kill since he charges into two people shooting at him like he is retarded.

So yeah I would agree it is babby-tier scrubby thing to do in those circumstances.
