Is there any noticeable unput delay when using pic related? I need a new controller for certain pc games. should I just get a wired one?

not really any input delay no, unless you're playing smash bros or some shit it doesn't matter
> i need a new controller for certain pc games.
you need to use a keyboard and mouse
You can plug it in via usb anyway
but the input lag on Xbox controllers is very low, native Xinput is great

There is always input delay with wireless, unless you're seriously skilled and have insanely fast reactions you won't notice at all.

The xbone controller works fantastic for PC use, I bought one and never went back because it works so damn well. I've never noticed any kind of input lag, since I play wired instead of wireless.

Why not get the newest xbone controllers? they have bluetooth connectivity

Pretty much this, I used a wavebird for years to play melee, only when I went to a tournament did some guy tell me about how he can "totally notice the input lag bro"
I'm sure the pros can tell the difference but for 99.99999% of the population it doesn't matter, I doubt it's even more than 2 milliseconds of difference
>It's another shitter believes he's shit because of <30ms input delay episode
LMAO.
Blame your monitor first, fuccboi.

It's an 8ms delay, you won't notice it. I've got the Xbox One controller with the adapter, I've also got a PS4 controller with a Bluetooth nano dongle. Haven't tested the Xbox controller on the Bluetooth dongle. If you're getting dropped or funky inputs with bluetooth consider getting an extension cable for your Bluetooth dongle. USB 3.0 creates RF noise that affects a Bluetooth signal that is nearby.

My PS4 controller is a <1ms delay on bluetooth when using DS4Windows which means it's faster than the 360/One controllers but this just eats more battery life.

Converting DS4 to Xinput creates about 30-40 ms of input lag

Source? This isn't the case for me.

It's already wired you dummy. It takes micro USB. Please don't get the one in your image because it is the first generation controller. With this one you get a new design, 3.5mm and bluetooth.
Unless you can get a score of <200 ms, don't talk shit about input lag that's less than 100 ms

>missing the point
Human reaction + display lag + input lag + game "lag"
You are trying to trim off the excess, beyond your human reaction
