It's not a red flag, the game is already $40 and about 10 hours long not including a secret 1 hour long mission. 10 hours isn't short either, it's various AAA games boiled down to quality content and all the filler removed.

Uncharted is high quality, always had been. The extra game is just a nice bonus, a little thank you for supporting the series.

1 was great, maybe on the easy side but it was still a great game. 2 was when things went to SHIT. the story is fucking retarded (how the FUCK did jak nor daxter realize that kid was really jak?). the gameplay isnt there at all. the driving and races makes you want to play gta. the shooting and combat makes you want to play r&c. the ONLY thing this game really succeeds at is the platforming and there isnt enough of it. dont even get me started on the combat either. people talk about how "this is the hardest ps2 games of all time" even though it really isnt. once you figure out the spin jump + shoot yellow gun move the game is a cakewalk. which is a problem because you wind up doing that over and over again because thats the way to beat it, and the game becomes repetitive. then jak 3 comes along and fixes NONE OF THE PROBLEMS OF THE 2ND GAME. the game just feels rushed. a lot of people hated the new hub world but i personally liked it because i love dessert settings in vidya but i HATED the fact that most of the missions were in jak 2. now that i think about it, most of the missions took place in altered jak 2 levels. it just feels so lazy and most of the problems of jak 2 are still here in 3. remember that op move in jak 2? well in this game they decided to not nerf it at all and just add more useless weapons. so your still doing the same repetitive shit over and over again. the story is still dumb and beyond saving, that twist (you know the one) is honestly one of the worst twist in games. oh yeah, and that angel shit is about as useless as jak 2. you use it like once during the tutorial and thats it.

11 hours isn't short considering you're not repeating any areas, you aren't back tracking and doing and seeing the same shit completing filler content, every step you put forward is moving the story and opening up new areas the entire time you're playing it. It's a AAA adventure game boiled down to quality content, you can't measure that using vague reductive concepts of quantity.

Not to mention it has insane attention to detail, strong and well written characters, insane graphics, finely tuned animations, huge exploration areas, one of the best asses on a female character since Nier and is basically a playable indiana jones adventure.

$40 + Free Jak and Daxster is actually daylight robbery for a game like this.
