It's not. Tomb raider is uncharted clone. ROTB isn't that bad, especially the open world part, but then the rpg/leveling, the pathing, the gameplay, quickly become repetitive and boring.

Speaking as a proud owner of a PS4 Pro, there is barely ANY noticable difference in graphical quality in this game between the high framerate mode, the enhanced graphics mode and the downsampled 4K mode - certainly nothing that would make anyone in their right mind choose the former two over the mode that doubles the framerate. And speaking as a proud owner of a Sonx Xperia XZ Premium, BOTH 4K AND HDR are worthless, bullshit gimmicks.

What I'm saying is that if this two year old game refuses to run at least at an unlocked framerate at 4K resolution on Microsoft's brand new, insanely powerful hardware, then it will be proof positive that publishers are intentionally gimping games in favor of pushing bullshit gimmicks onto consumers - there is no excuse for this game not running at a locked sixty frames per second, even at native 4K resolution, on Xbox One X.

I fucking love my buttery smooth 1080p 144hz Freesync PC setup. Call me when 4k reaches that peak.
