You got me, I played that game daily for 2 years or so when I was a kid. Kinda figured the cigs were only good for the lasers, and you get the thermal goggles for that pretty early

Also you only really need the sniper for the guards during comm. towers, wolf is much easier with nikitas.

Not so much in MGSV though. They are so generic there, it makes even the act of killing them feel empty.
