A couple things. His humor can't really fit a stream that well and it's potential is best brought out in a video where he has time to develop his jokes, he doesn't play with others nearly as much as he used to, he doesn't branch out into other games as much, and it's also plain that he just seems burnt out on both games and streaming. While other youtubers hit that weird turning point where the entire basis of their content creation takes a turn in a completely different direction, star_ just seems like he is only declining, and he doesn't seem to care about it.

Overwatch isn't fun to play or watch anymore and is old fans despise it because TF2 is the supreme Bible game.
His second to last video doesn't have this problem because it's PUBG.

Star was an actual 'pro' level TF2 player, and as such wound up entirely disenfranchised at how Valve squandered his potentially productive e-sports years.

it's obvious streaming AND OW has turned into a job he doesn't really like. he seemed to like making his "Basically x" videos and such and should probably do something like that for his own good

but when you can turn on your stream and print money instantly i guess it's hard to do anything else. tagg handled the transition from skilled TF2 player to general streamer/eceleb better, harbleu actually seems like he enjoys OW, jerma was never really a one trick pony and seagull basically won the eceleb game and can do whatever he wants it seems
