What do I need to run this game at even 30 fps? My i5 4460 3.2 GHz just isn't cutting it. I get around 20fps. With Cheat Engine I can make the game run at normal speed but 10 fps. I'm not using any downloaded cache either. I tried that and was somehow using 16 GB of RAM. Apparently it's a common issue with large downloaded cache files for CEMU.
