Halo story is not interesting, the way it's presented is lazy and you can see the developers don't have talent, the music is only good in specific scenes/events, the guns in 1 and 2 are fucking horrible and it only gets a little better on halo 3
The entire trilogy is a mistake and the fourth is so bad but I can't complain because I played on a pirated 360 so I didn't pay a single cent unlike the original trilogy (which I bought before JTAG)

They _already_ dumped the Xbox console concept as we knew it. Just as Nintendo already left the homeconsole market permanently with many people not realizing it yet.

Xbox is a MS Steam machine for the living room. Just a pre-built PC with zero exclusives that is easy for marketing (since the "Xbox" name will still carry some weight for the next 5 years of so). Their console after XboneX won't even try to pretend there are exclusive games on the platform anymore. So yeah, Xbox is dead, it's now just a silly brand for marketing purposes. You PC is as much of an "Xbox" as your Xbone is, as long as you have W10 and use their store.

Shareholders lost their trust long ago and MS already heavily cut funding for 1st parties and completely ignores healthy/long-term 3rd party relashionships and contracts. The only reason why they won't get rid of th Xbox name (yet) is because of what I mentioned already, it still have some free marketing value. But in essesnce "Xbox" as a system has stopped being a competitor in the console race, even more so next gen (2020 onward). In fact Sony is the one and only company that will create a homeconsole, not that Xbox will be gone and Nintendo turns into handheld-only (and later phone-only)
