it had the best story, but any problems with the story you may have had and the issue with the bounty plot is because of the development time constraint. Deathstroke was supposed to be the big bad with multiple boss fights, the game that released is not the game they wrote in the script

I just want to point out one more thing. People often complain about bugs in origins which again is fair, btu they were just cosmetic glitches and things most of the time. City released with a gamebreaking save file corruption bug that was erasing peoples games hours into the story and it didn't get patched until a month after. I experience this bug, I was over 8 hours in and lost everything I had done

Thing is, Bruce was revealed to be Batman and there are potential successors going around, not to mention the phobia he appears to try and create.
Batman as he was cannot exist. Its not the same as Beyond where it just fizzled out, he becomes a legend.

So having a Beyond game with Terry quiping his way to victory is contrary to the Batman mantle as its meant to evolve in the series. Obviously, its not like they cannot do it, but it seems not to fit the direction they went for.
