P5 > P3 > P4
P3 still is my favourite, it was the first time I've experienced killing a god with the power of friendship, then i played P4 and it ended up with the exact same cop out, that was dissapointin
but I ended up knowing that killing gods and friendship is a pretty common meme trope on jrps, and that made me apreciate P5 a bit more

Though, I only finished 5 a couple hours ago and don't really have my thoughts sorted out yet. I know I did greatly enjoy it though, especially all the shit with Sojiro and even Mishima, believe it or not.

What? Status ailments are still there. IDK what you mean by "cool shit" either. The only thing I can think of that they removed is the 3 physical types, and I think that's a good change. They didn't really add much to the game.

Not him, but going from 3 to 4, it removed weapon types, fusion spells, persona items, lost 2 physical attack types, and easier once more's are some examples why I liked 3's more even with the Tactics system (Which I don't know why people complain about it, I only had issues with it about 3 times).
4's gameplay isn't bad, but it is dull.

All it does is make the game borderline auto-play easy because the game wasn't balance with around direct control.

I like all of them equally. These games are super good and keep improving in terms of quality but have enough unique and interesting things that make them stand the test of time yet make them so diffrent from each other that it's hard to compare them. I can't wait for future milking from Atlus, they have my wallet for live for giving me the best highschool experience

I don't know if this is bait but I kind of agree. They managed to polish each aspect of the game that the community thought that was dumb, like dungeon variety and combat.
People may say a lot of things about the franchise, but I think that it has improved one game after the other.
