It's actually more fun to go non-lethal in Blacklist because while the lethal animations are quick and brutal, you're mostly simply grabbing people and cutting their throats. Sam gets really innovative and acrobatic when going non-lethal.

I loved Blacklist, but c'mon, just because you were able to ghost it doesn't mean that Nu-Sam wasn't canonically very angry and violent, not to mention lethal to a point where you could rack up a bodycount of 30 guys per level.

Depends on the situation, in Splinter Cell you're going against terrorists which I have no problem with killing.

While in Metal Gear Solid 3 or V for an example most of them are just soldiers fighting for their country. Plus in V you can kidnap them and recruit them for your own army.

For a game like Hitman I play nonlethal the first time, then see how it handles if I go goes blazing the next time. Just some games like Splinter Cell are inherently easier going lethal.

The Metro games are real finnicky about giving people the good endings.

You basically have to get every secret good boy point, and avoid every single bad option available to you. A single big enough fuck up is enough to keep you from getting the good ending.
For example, in the second game when you get the option to kill or spare the leader of a very blood thirsty faction, choosing to kill him will put such a dent in your score that even if you did everything else right up until then you'll be some five good boy points short of the good ending.

Granted, it's a big moment in the game, but out of the whole cast of Metro 2 this guy most definitely deserves death and is practically a monster.

Pretty good, only issue is that modern systems have a problem rendering the shadows properly in that game and SC1 for that matter too so you gotta look up the fixes. There are fixes for it guaranteed.
