Honest opinion?

It's good. 8/10 for me at least.
Some characters are really annoying.

Its fine. not great, not bad. a very comfy game, makes me want to be young again. Lots of little details that I appreciate.

The plot and game itself are good, but they're ruined by the character writing and acting and by Chloe.

If they talked like actual people and Chloe wasn't such an irredeemable piece of shit/the game wasn't so focused on her it would be great.

Honestly it's not that bad, the gay shit isn't as pronounced as what /v/ had led me to believe. Too bad after such buildup, it turns out that episode 5 is such a letdown. Anyway the first playthrough always feel amazing, then the magic gone and you can't rewind time to play it for the first time again.

Nothing you do in the game matters. 3/10

Weak as fuck for the first half of the game (Episode 1, 2 and half of 3), but the 4th episode and the majority of the 5th episode (ending was pretty mediocre) the good things about this game really starts to shine.

It's kinda sad to think that the whole game coulda been like that, had the writers not been incompetent pieces of shit and not written such annoying and bland characters, it really coulda been the Twin Peaks (Season 1 and 2, fuck 3) of video games.

I think LiS would havee been better with Victoria as protag with time travel powers and allow you to bullying the qt 3.14 of the game (Kate Marsh) or saving her.

Really good. One of my favorite games. It's a shame it gets such a bad rap on /v/. The game may look really tumblr and SJW at face value, but its a great example of not judging a book by it's cover.

This is pretty much how I feel about it. I'd like it a lot more if there were more puzzles to do with reversing time. They almost got it with the investigation in the late episodes. Almost.

Max and Chloe are memorable characters but I don't know if that means they are good or not. They have these retarded catchphrases and are not the most logical people. But I think their flaws are what makes them endearing, at least when it comes to Max.
