I can only say what I saw and the last guy was outnumbered 2 to 1 and had taken damage from both me and a buddy, so even with Level 3 everything he would have been 75% or lower HP, running into Blue and taking 5% a tick, if he spammed medkits/first aid, he would still lose a huge portion of health in that time, then you have the fact he reloaded before stepping out, so no way he med'd up. Finally tap tap tap and took out a kneeling player in cover and me 80 degrees on his left flank and he had time to snap us both?
