Don't know if that's what he meant but ME2 is a ridiculously slow game.
For every five minutes of gameplay you spend ten walking around, looking at loading screens and checking on crewmates to see if they have something new to tell. And that's if you have the good sense to cheat yourself resources so you don't have to touch the mining "game".
That and Shepard's lines are fucking unbearable, no matter the situation, no matter the response you choose, he's going to sound like some agreeable middle of the ground kind of guy.

In ME2, when the crew (including Kelly) gets kidnapped by the Collectors, you must immediately go to their base and rescue her and the others. If you don't, Kelly dies.

Apparently, Bioware saw that Kelly died for the vast majority of players, so they needed a replacement.

Also, I hated that you could not invite Kelly to the party in the Citadel DLC (pic related).
