I know you might just be expecting a "eh reh" thread, but this is genuinely among my favorite temples in the series. I think the atmosphere is incredible. Especially since it's usually the first temple that people will experience as Adult Link; everything about its production suggests that its a major step up from the kid dungeons. It looks a lot better, it actually has a musical backdrop instead of simple ambient, and its a lot larger, it's like the temple is saying "the kid gloves are off - this is where the game really begins". You also end up fighting two Stalfos in one of the first rooms

I just love the mazey, twisty feeling of it, how it feels like an old abandoned castle, and even the central concept of having to kill the four ghosts is very satisfying. It's such a cool temple, abandoned and ancient in the back of the sacred forest meadow. And that music really is incredible, catchy and mysterious

There's just something so cool about the Forest Temple...I love it every time

The Forest Temple felt almost like Snowpeak Ruins, as in an abandoned residence, rather than a temple devoted to something.

Not that the Fire, Water, Shadow, or Spirit Temples felt like places of worship. But the Forest TEmple felt like a weird old library in the forest. Cool vibes.

Probably right in front of the statue inside.
If you expect a dungeon to look exactly like a place of worship, you're gonna get a very boring two room dungeon.

It's probably the Zelda dungeon I most frequently think back to.

Especially the yard with the well you enter, and which you later come back to with the hookshot moving along the gallery.
