Why even compare them at all? One is a pure fast-paced action game, the other is an ARPG with a heavy focus on story. Also, this may be too much for you to understand, but one game being praised does not invalidate a previous game that was also praised.

Both try to do different things completely and that's why they have unique value. It's like comparing Prey 2006 with Prey 2016, the goal with each game is totally different and comparisons are a totally pointless waste of time.
