/v/ hates everything, but does it hate anno 1404?

"yes"

Love it
>campaign mode
>game replaces your city every mission
what the fuck was up with that

>caring about who publishes the game
Kys
It got boring very quickly for me. Give me proper city buidling not endless production chains.

The fun in the game comes from finding that balance though. Its not just some boring city buildan.
>>387677620
Too ridged. It's like a city puzzle game

Vanilla 1404 is good.
But 1404 with the I.A.A.M mod is literally fucking god tier, it will never be surpassed.
great game
shame that it's constantly crashing though

My favorite ANNO.
The atmosphere is really chill & comfy, although halfway through the game become headache-inducing production balance spreadsheet simulator.
Also combat system is pretty shit.
I kinda liked Anno 2070, is it worth it to check out some of the older Anno titles? Which one is the comfiest?
>>387677620
I honestly fucking hated it.

Anno 2070 is the worst one, 1404 the best one so far
>Another "Pick up Brother Hilarius and deliver him somewhere" mission
>Toss his ass overboard
>>387677620
i like it but i find just plomping down buildings a bit boring.
i want to see them build over time like in settlers.
It's pretty cool, I like going wide and having dozens of ships carry resources between my islands
But Factorio is mostly the better game for me in that regard desu, trains>ships

2070 and 1404 are about as good as it gets. they both have an awesome mod (arrc and iaam respectively) that gives you a shitload more building options and lots of gameplay additions. you easily spend over 100 hours in each game.
Daily reminder that Anno 2070 is good

ugly though

wrong

>he hasn't satisfied their need for clapping
I liked 2205

You objectively have the worst taste.
