Of the main cast, Red, because holding chain lightning on enemies made the game really easy by yourself. Though, honestly, I liked all four of the main knights. They were fun to play.

Otherwise, I liked the Skeleton, Grey Knight, and Pirate Ninjas.

I know, inadvertently remember that I made my Skeleton into a dick-ass archer.

Pink Knight, I didn't turn out gay though. Also has best starter weapon

Alien Hominid was my favourite character, his spammable magic was so cathartic. Magic was the only thing that differentiated characters besides perhaps their starting weapon in some cases such as pink knight so it largely boils down to that.

I remember liking the alien dude, only because of his big plasma ball. I found it really annoying to have to start from lv.1 with every new character, and also hated how the extreme mode just made everyone damage sponges, which was already really annoying by late game.

Green is best. He also gave Red sloppy seconds. I also liked the Brute and the Beekeeper. Industrialist and Fencer are OP as fuck. I didn't play them but my friend who played the blue knight abuse the hell out of them.
