This is the best controller.
Ps4
I disagree the controller cramps my hands horribly when I use. It has a pretty nice dpad though. Personally I like the steam controller or the Switch pro controller more for modern games (If only any of those two controller had a good dpad).
It's pretty good, but the options button being basically right on top of that monstrous touch pad isn't too convenient. And that stupid light that you can't turn off makes the battery life quite shitty.
Has any game made use of that shitty touch screen thingy?

not really; they just use it as a select button

Gravity Rush 2 has you switch styles with it. As for a game that uses it intuitively, I've only played the Vita version but I'd assume Tearaway Unfolded does something with it - working the platform gimmicks was kind of its thing.
the select and start buttons are shitty

Xb1 controller is better

I just purchased a ds4 v2 blue today.
I'm expecting great things, because it sure was expensive as fuck.

>That desperate 11th hour inclusion of a touchpad just in case Nintendo were onto another winner with the Wii U.
Sony are fucking shameless.

Yup steam controller is my go to as well love that thing, i can not stand the duel shock design, maybe ok if you have baby hands but putting all your grip on the bottom half isn't ideal for me.

It's not the LED that causes poor battery life, it's the touchpad.
If there was any way to disable it in games that didn't use it like the analog button on PSX, that'd be nice.

Better bumper triggers and sticks than bone plus it's rechargeable
But bone has better d-pad and outer triggers

To be fair the Vita already incorporated the idea, and did so much more egregiously.

Huh, didn't know that. That's just as bad though, since there's no reason to ever use the damn thing.
