It's not just shitty design for Druid, its shitty design for the game.

The point of 10 cost cards is that they can be fucking amazing but you don't really get to do anything else that turn, this card does literally everything you'd want to do in a turn, but better. So, instead of spending 4 cards or so to accomplish your goals, you're spending one card at +4 and also accomplishing your goals.
