Maybe. I pirated the preorder version and enjoyed the first episode but I'm gonna see how episodes 2 and 3 turn out once it's released before I buy it. Wanna make sure it doesn't end up like Blood or Shadow Warrior where just about everything past the shareware version ranges from average to mediocre

When it goes on sale. Suffers from the same problems games like Quake have like low amounts of spongey enemies and weak guns, and doesn't have the amazing level and enemy design to make up for it. Still had a good time with ep 1 though but it's no Quake or Blood.

Eh, the guys in robes are just supposed to be kind of generic cultists as far as I can tell. I'm kind of curious where it's going with the story though. In the beginning you're fighting occultists and demons and shit but once you reach the city outskirts you also start fighting soldiers who I guess are guarding a lab that was carrying out some kind of fucked up experiments based on message written on the floor?
