Not very good, the best idea would be a special style race across a country in shitty cars and deal with breakdowns/issues and challenges. It'd get boring quickly unless it had hundreds of challenges and potential issues. It'd also have to be mandatory multiplayer because AI would be shit and you couldn't banter.

It'd have to have some real creative talent behind it for it to have any chance of success.

Some QTE based closed world GTA game.

It would be an open world driving game with a bunch of zany, off the wall scenarios that appear to be random but are actually heavily scripted. Once you realize this fact, you realize the game is actually extremely shallow and boring, and the main three characters' writing turns from endearing to gratingly artificial.
