>Crafting focused instead of Raiding loot treadmill lottery

>To prevent urban sprawl overtaking the map, buildings decay and need to be repaired and the decay rate increases the higher the density of buildings

Maybe add regional cosmetic availability and also decrease the decay for matching the regional cosmetic as well ( i.e. sandy style buildings in a desert )
