ITT: That item that you never ever used
>>387610362
your mom
>>387610362
I used these once in dks2
Never used them again after it made my character freeze for 10 seconds then heal for 1 hp per 50 seconds.
Any of the eye orbs because From killed invasions to pander to casual shitheads.
>>387610362
The ninja star from MK Deception Konquest mode
>>387610362
I used one by accident.
Hold my beer
>>387610362
Back in DaS1 I used a cheat save and used these in invasions. Didn't lose even once.
Good times
>>387610362
i always use these
>>387610687
ok yeah
I have been playing for several years
and never ever used throwable potions
Pretty much anything that is a full-heal. In Final Fantasy terms, anything that is an elixir or better.
I actually used one when i got invaded. i was going through lothric castle solo and I got invaded when I was low on estus. I ended up using the divine blessing to be able to survive long enough to win. I was too far into the level to die and I would have been mad as fuck if I had to start over.
just sitting in my inventory looking pretty
Megalixirs. Never ever.
>>387611482
>didn't use dung pies for bm
>didn't use hexing/magic/lightning urns to finish off people
baka
>>387611482
>he never threw poo at hosts while invading
You have to direspect
>>387611482
>He didn't use Holy Water in it's prime
Boy
>>387611482
I would always use a burr if someone buffed, and would ringswap to an elemental ring on my free slot. Shit was incredibly useful.
>>387612412
BB needs more traps
I almost never use any perishables in video games.
I'm always expecting that just around the corner there's going to be something really fucking hard that I need them in order to get past and it never happens. For fuck's sake, I just beat System Shock 2 with more than 300 cybernetic modules left unused, hundreds of bullets, dozens of healing items, etc., etc.
>>387612652
Same. Especially in RPGs with items that simulate spells. Even early on I never use them and just sell them or let them sit in my inventory.
>>387610362
>mfw 1hp, 0 estus
>mfw panicking, rushing through inventory to find this before Midir/Gael come at me again
>>387610362
These saved my life a few times when I was caught without blooming purple moss
What the fuck was even the purpose of this? I used it once and nothing changed so I never used it again
>>387610362
My dick.
>>387612412
did this actually have any use in pve? why use it over an instant molotov
>>387613051
(You) tried
I almost never use buff spells and potions in any game unless they last longer than 5 minutes.
>>387613083
same
Because there is only 5 of them what a stupid mechanic.
>worst of the weapon skills
>heavy as shit
>ammo is rare and worth more than most items you find
>tons of splash damage
>enemies are all scripted to run directly at you
Meme Marketing Material, the weapon.
>>387610362
>needing to use one
despite that 3 gives you a shit load of them
>>387610687
underrated post
never touched anything that gave rads
in general I just used stimpacks and medicine bags
never even noticed that water and food was necessary to be alive
>>387613258
>play fallout 4
>bank a crit
>you now have a homing instakill
I'm fishing for (You)s, make me feel like I've accomplished something
Do skills count in this context?
Though it's more "Didn't use anything but".
>>387613647
It's not unless you were playing in one of the survival/hardcore modes.
>>387613749
>Fallout 4
Never again, goy
Any artifact in STALKER SoC that wasn't (stamina up, elec resist down)
>>387613258
>KNOCKS ITEMS ALL OVER THE PLACE
>>387613889
>not using bleed resist artifacts
>>387614013
>Not carrying like fifty bandages you can slap on with a button press instead of wasting a slot on not going fast
>>387610362
Every item.
Every single fucking item.
I autistically collect every possible item in the games I play, but almost never bring myself to use them.
>I might need them later for a tough bossfight
>There's bound to be an NPC that wants one or more
>I can't justify selling anything because what if it's needed in some secret recipe for some op bullshit item i can craft later somehow?
And then I reach the credits, never having used any of my items...
>>387610362
>the epitome of "too good to use" syndrome
Its so useful it wraps back around to being useless again. Because any use of it is wasteful.
>>387614421
yeah I'm a hoarder too
but hey that inventory sure looks nice full of stacked consumables
>>387613967
Jesus yes, sends the corpses into orbit.
>>387614139
I dont like to go heavy on bandages or medkits, I like to keep my carry load under 35
>>387610362
Might as well call it Healing Items thread.
>>387610721
Source?
>>387610362
I used this up in undead asylum, thinking it was that estus flask everyone was talking about
>>387613083
I dont need to stick my dick on a stupid roastie to feel accomplished
Literally any fallout chem that isn't turbo
>scrolls in skyrim
>any potion that isnt health or magika
>the Darksign
>The Bane
>any fallout chem that isnt buffout
>>387614878
>he didn't use ALL the chems in fallout games
Do you not like fun?
>>387614965
I didnt like the idea of being addicted to a chem so I avoided them completely except for buffout
Pretty much all of the consumables in Symphony of the Night minus a few chickens and potions early on in Luck mode. The Power of Sire, all the resist whatever potions, luck potions, attack potions, the million javelins you wind up getting...
>>387614965
Taking all the chems at once in F4 was fucking fun
>>387614726
>>387614878
>>387615118
Dude using a shitload of chems can make or break a difficult fight. The unholy trifecta that is F4 Jet/Turbo, Buffout and Psycho is a force to be reckoned with.
Absolutely worthless
>>387615308
>absolutely worthless
>not the most valuable item in the games
Somebody only played on Easy.
>>387615118
>manage to get addicted to a chem
>Pay 50 caps to a doctor to cure addiction
Anti-materiel rifle + psycho + steady = the most fun you'll ever have
>>387615308
Fuck off. Those things are lifesavers on impossible.
>>387614575
You dont have to worry about carry load if artifacts allow you to go at mach 3
>>387615118
You can pay 50 caps to remove addictions, so its a no brainer really. Removing addictions in older fallouts was bit trickier(jet to be exact) because you had to have high medicine or science skills to even initiate a quest for the cure
>>387615258
I beat all the fallout games without using jet, turbo, buffout or psycho.
I'd always prefer to just sell them instead to get a bigger pile of caps.
"Oh, another holy water."
>>387613258
Man I loved the Experimental MIRV though. Ate through your entire mini nuke supply in 1 shot but damn if it didn't kill fucking everything including the player
>>387614878
Only time I ever used chems was during a survival run of fo4. Saved my ass a lot but I was addicted to at least one chem the entire playthrough
>>387610687
Damn From.
I just used like 30% of the items of the game
I jus spammed that combat knife like a motherfucker
>>387615368
>>387615821
>playing on console
>need to compensate for bad aim
absolutely disgusting
