I've never played it and I've put it on my wish list. Would be playing it if I didn't have over 28 games in my back log. Looks very neat and it's a new spin on a "realistic" gun play game. Why hate on it? It's radically different than COD and its hit scan guns that hit with needle accuracy from full maps away.

The reason /v/ doesn't like this is because the average /v/ goer has been playing video games for their entire life. To see a game such as this have such magnanimous success causes great discomfort as they see it as undeserving.

It does nothing new. It is yet another third person multiplayer military shooter game. These are the trends that video games have followed for many recent years and it is disappointing to see them met with resounding success. Nuance and innovation should be rewarded.

If you've been playing video games for 20 years you've already played this game, even if literally haven't. It is the same reason /v/ hates League of Legends: because it is just another DotA clone that the normies gobble up like well seasoned shit.
