I went through Lilly first and managed to go through the rest. Lilly a best, but Rin's route was deep, mang. All the girls were pretty cool except Shizune, I just can't swallow that kind of girl.

Her route reveals that she's basically a big pervert Hiseo gets too excited while she's showing off and suffers yet another heart murmur because he's doing literally nothing about his condition in Lily's route. Lily ends up having to hold herself back sexually for his sake.

Basically that relationship is awful for both of them because she'll never be able to express herself fully and he'll be stone dead soon because he suffers no less than 3 heart attacks during his time with her, the most out of any route. It wouldn't last in either case.
