We probably won't see a sequel to this iteration of dissidia for a long ass time, especially considering how this dissidia will just be an open DLC platform. I wouldn't say Gilgamesh was unpredictable, but Shantotto and Gabranth were a bit of a surprise in the original game, same with Laguna and Feral Chaos in 012. Hell a lot of people were surprised at Cloud of Darkness, Ultimecia and Jecht even though they all make perfect sense. Everyone has their fans though so in a game like this it's hard to make it entirely unpredictable until you start doing shit like Matoya, Zorn and Thorn and Rain, though he could be a little more likely and actually be a decent character with a lot of potential.

I'll wait for the PC port to pirate it.

Ramza was announced right after the game was originally announced to be in development as an arcade game, and wasn't shown in the game until after it came out. I'm not saying he won't be in on launch, but there's precedent of them taking a while to show characters after they're first confirmed to be in the game, and now they at least have the arcade version to work off of rather than make a whole new game.
