Monster Hunter World is coming to PC which the Dauntless devs probably didnt expect so thats gonna fucking ruin this game more than anything. Its like if someone made a pokemon like game on PC, then Nintendo was like "Heres mainline pokemon on PC"

I'd actually prefer a system like that if the character creator was even good. I'd like to make qt traps, muscular amazon women, bearded ladies. Good system, executed really fucking poorly.

Game looks like it controls like absolute dogshit. If it takes you 750ms just to start moving after you've pressed the movement controls something is absurdly wrong. It takes another 250ms just to come to a sliding stop no matter how far you've moved.

They havent shown any "hard" monsters and all the monsters I have seen so far, even on the streams today, are fucking AWFUL. Insanely fucking easy for any monster hunter player. I legit dont see myself getting hit once on any of the monsters shown, especially with the OP Dual Blades dodge.

Monster Hunter World is gonna stop this game dead in its tracks, because Dauntless does nothing original from MH overall, and MHW is maineline and already looks fantastic.
