Final Fantasy VIII, it's the only one of my favorite games that i think would really benefit from a remake
mostly to fix all the issues with the battle system and how easy it is, maybe add some more optional content, rebalance everything
they could also change some of the dialogue or make some of the background details more obvious so that retards who don't pay attention might actually have a chance at understanding the story
