They already gave you a straight answer and it means No because Disney will never cooperate with FOX, a direct rival company who owns X-Men, Deadpool and Fantastic Four.

While technically true, Dick Ryder isn't in the MCU, you and I both know the only reason he made it back is because normalfags know "Nova Corps" from the movies. He's in there because GotG was one of Marvel's most popular movies, people will recognize the name even if they don't know the actual character, and he was easy to port over from UMvC3.

To say he's non-MCU is semantics since the MCU is the only reason he made the cut.

How the fuck did Daredevil NOT make it into MvC this time around? Especially with the new "MCU only" culling the number of viable candidates significantly. The show was a HUGE success, Marvel and the MCU's first big television show, loved by normies and fans alike, and a legacy character with a ton of history.

Daredevil is an great character with a lot of personality. He's got a great look and he's a very competent martial artist, there's a lot to work with when trying to craft a moveset. Daredevil's super senses could make for an interesting counter mechanic, and they could make even do some stance changing stuff with his transforming cane/batons/grappling hook thing.
