The way it's worded they could possible argue that although you need to log in to Battle.net to play the game, the actual mechanism for the LAN is offline and therefore valid advertisement.

The "and Campaign" also can be argued that it's not tied to the offline wording and that they are individually offering "Offline LAN" as well as a "Campaign".
