It doesn't though. At first first I was disappointed, but replaying it I started loving it.
Chapter 3 or not, I like MGSV.

Gameplay wise the game is fine. My biggest problem is with game being trash story wise. One of the final missions is the tutorial mission played again. Chapter two is just playing harder versions of chapter one missions until the story decides you're allowed to see something new
