From what I've seen in the streams the loading times are greatly improved. The dev posts stated the performance and lighting specifically have been optimized as well, but I can't confirm it myself

I didn't play it when it released but it's been great this last week. The aliens to glitch out sometimes. At one point they even got a second move after taking a shot at my soldiers. I don't recommend iron man. I would play regular on a trust system
